5 Bedrooms & 4.5 Bath. There are 4 Bedrooms each with King beds and 1 Bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a trundle. Perfect for 4 couples and their kids. The bunk room can sleep up to 6 kids. The beach access is shown in the last image on the listing. Less than a minute walk. Provided in storage is a beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs and games for the backyard. LINENS/TOILETRIES: All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
House Rules
Must leave grill cleaned in the conditioned you received it plus replace grease pan after use. $200 fine will be applied if grill is not cleaned after use. Must be 25 or older.
